① BOD병에 원시료를 가득 담고 에탄올을 1ml와 10ml을 넣기 위해 다시 1ml와 10ml을 빼낸다. 즉, 용존산소 소모율(Dissolved Oxygen Uptake Rate)을 이용하여 어떤 Sample의 미생물의 생물학적 활동 및 성장을 측정(measurement)할 수 있다 용존산소 호흡율(즉 DO의 시간에 따른 變化율)은 세포수의 變化율에 비례하므로 DO meter를 이용하여 간단히 측정(measurement)할 수 있으며, 본 experiment(실험)에서는 미생물 성장의 영향원(Nutrient)이 될 수 있는 ethanol을 일정량 Sample에 넣고, 독성물질(Toxin)인 Formalin과 ZnSO4를 각각 넣어 용존산소 소모율을 측정(measurement)함으로써 그 물질들이 미생물 성장에 미치는 영향을 알 수 있다

3. experiment(실험) 방법

① BODqud에 폭기된 활성 슬러지 폐수를 넣고 입구에 DO Meter를 공기가 접촉하지 않게 장치한

② Sample을 30초 간격으로 DO를 측정(measurement)한다.

③ 위에서처럼 DO meter를 장치하고 30초 간격으로 측정(measurement)한다.

⑤ OUR 계산

1. experiment(실험)목적

박테리아의 생물학적 활동을 측정(measurement)하기 위하여 산소 소비율 측정(measurement)법이 자주 이용된다된다. 이 방법에 의해 고정된 박테리아 Biomass의 산소 소모량을 알 수 있다 호기성 미생물은 유기물의 소비에 비례사여 용존산소를 이용한다.

① BOD병에 원시료를 가득 담고 Formalin(37%)과 ZnSO4을 넣기 위해 다시 10ml을 빼낸다.

② 즉시 에탄욜 1ml와 10ml을 가한다.
